Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS)

TOPS Club, Inc. is the original, nonprofit, weight-loss support and wellness education organization. Established in 1948 to champion weight-loss support success, we’ve helped millions of people live healthier lives. Two TOPS groups meet in Wilmington at Island City Baptist Church (Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m.) and Lions Club (Mondays at 4:30 p.m.). Another group meets in Braidwood at Fossil Ridge Library on Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m.

Trinity Services
