Eat Your Science: Mystery Meringue

Thank you to everyone who attended our "Eat Your Science: Mystery Meringue" event at the library!

The kids learned all about meringue! Beating egg whites transforms them from a slimy liquid to a fluffy foam to a crunchy, delicious cookie when baked! The kids had a blast learning about the science behind meringue while making (and eating) their tasty creations.
