New Homeschooler Bags – New to homeschooling? Come see our Homeschool Librarian for information on curriculum, events in the area, and nearby co-ops. You will go home with a bag full of this information and catalogs from various companies. Available only to new homeschoolers. 

Wonderful, Wacky, Woeful Waterworks | 9/12 @ 1:00pm –  3:00pm | WATER! Beneficial and Hurtful.  Needed for life, yet rusts steel. Come do many experiments with this material, learn about its cycle, make and take home an aquifer, and end with a water fight.  Must bring 2 empty squirt bottles and maybe a towel. For 3rd grade on up.

OWL Be Your Friend Fall Canvas Painting | 10/15 @ 10:00am | Step by step instructions to paint a fall owl picture.  All supplies provided. 3rd grade on up.   Cost $9.00. For those younger than 3rd grade, we will make a cute sun catcher in the shape of a SUN!  So, this is an all age program.

Field trip to Rialto Square Theatre to see Professor Wow’s Nutty Science Show 11/19 @ 10:00am | Any age. $5.00 per person. Only requirement is to LOVE science and not be scared by big items and big booms!  All participants must drive themselves.

Lap-Sit is an interactive program for children ages birth to 24 months and their caregivers. You’ll sing songs, fingerplays, and enjoy reading time together. Registration is required, caregiver must attend with child.
Join us at the library to enjoy a movie with your child. Light refreshments will be served. All movies will begin at 1:00pm
Family story time is for families with children from birth- 5 years. It includes songs, rhymes, stories, and a small craft. Registration required, caregivers must attend with child.
Toddlers and their caregivers can explore and play with different toys and sensory materials each week, develop fine and gross motor skills, as well as social interaction and language skills. Caregivers must accompany child during program. Recommend for ages birth-four years. Registration required
Critical Fumbles | Tuesdays 9/10 – 12/17 @ 4:30pm – 7:30pm | Are you ready for an adventure? Join this teen volunteer run Dungeons and Dragons group every week. Dungeons & Dragons is a game of imagination, adventure and near-limitless possibilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, it’s time to roll the dice
Teen Game Nights | Thursdays 5:00pm – 7:00pm  9/12, 10/10, 11/14,  12/12 Come to the library for video and board games, arts and crafts, free snacks, or just to hang out with your friends! No registration. Grades 6 – 12.
