YOUTH PROGRAMS

Storytime Registration begins Sep. 1 for Fossil Ridge Patrons Only and Sep. 8 for all others:

Lapsit – Wednesdays at 9:30am. Birth to 3 years.
Session begins on Wednesday Oct. 6 at 9:30am and ends Nov. 24. Parent or Caregiver must attend with child. Registration required.

Toddler 2 Storytime – Mondays at 9:30 am.
Session begins Sep. 13 and ends Nov. 22. Child must be two years of age by August 1. Parent or Caregiver must attend with child. Registration required.

Storytime for 3 to 5 year olds – Monday evenings at 6:00 pm.
Session begins on Sep. 13 and ends Nov. 22. Children must be 3 years old by August 1 and attend on their own. Children may bring a “show and tell” item each week. Parent or Caregiver must remain in the building during storytime. Registration required.

Storytime for 3 to 5 year olds – Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am.
Session begins on Sep. 14 and ends Nov. 23. Children must be 3 years old by August 1 and attend on their own. Children may bring a “show and tell” item each week. Parent or Caregiver must remain in the building during storytime. Registration required.

Build with Duplo, Tuesday mornings at 10:15am.
Use blocks to build any structure. For preschoolers. Session from Sep. 14 to Nov. 23. No registration is required.

Halloween Costume Swap
Do you have Halloween costumes that the kids have outgrown? Please bring in your Halloween costume and swap for another costume. Costumes and accessories must be in good condition, clean, and marked with the size. Drop off costumes on Monday, Sep. 27 from 1-5 and Tuesday, Sep. 28 from 9-5 and receive voucher(s) to Swap on Wednesday, Oct. 6 from 3:30 to 7:00pm.

Mother Goose, Wed Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 10:00 am.
Stories, activities, and make a craft -4 sessions (all different) Preschool/Kindergarten – Registration is required. Approx. 1 hour.

A Visit from Santa, Saturday, Nov. 27 at 10:00 am – “For Children Who Believe”
Melikin Puppets will be performing the “Shoemaker and the Elves” and “The Night before Christmas” Children will also enjoy a visit from Santa (bring your Christmas list to give to Santa Claus). Space is limited. Registration required. 90 minutes **Please bring your camera**

Snowman Paver Craft, Saturday, December 11 @ 10:00 am
Preschool to 12th grade. Parent or caretaker need to stay and assist young children. $5.00 fee for materials - Registration is required.

Gingerbread Craft, Tuesday Dec. 14, 10:00am or 11:00am.
Gingerbread Stories, activities and crafts. Preschool/ Kindergarten, Registration is required.
